The Rotary Club of Abuja Metro is proud to announce that our Star Project 2026 — a community volunteer fire station and safety programme for Kafe District — will break ground on Monday, 15 September 2026.
Built in partnership with the Kafe District Stakeholder Forum and the Federal Fire Safety Service, the station will serve an estimated 125,000 residents across Kafe and surrounding communities.
The programme covers three phases: construction of the station itself, procurement of two response vehicles, and a rolling safety-awareness curriculum for schools and market unions in the district.
